Cancellation:
If you cancel your reservation 48 hours before your arrival date, it will be free of charge. If you cancel later than requested by the hotel or do not show up, the hotel might charge you a fee which is in most cases an equivalent for 1 night stay. These charges may occasionally vary due to some hotels having more strict cancellations policies during peak holiday or conference periods. In these cases our reservations staff will advise you by email the applicable cancellation policy. Note, SofiaAllHotels.com will not charge you any cancellation fee whatsoever.
